ArtBloc specialise in the supply, repair and support of Canon, Epson, HP large format printer We supply and support the full range of machines and also offer a service and repair facility to cover the entire range.
Depending on type of contract and printer location we would usually offer a next day onsite service nationwide. If your have a problem with your printer(usually out of warranty contract), call us and one of our engineers will qualify the problem over the phone and confirm what needs to be done. We would try to diagnose if the problem required any parts to resolve. We would always try and fix the problem by way of 1 visit to the your site. This is not always possible but this is our aim.
We would also offer a preventative maintenance service call which would effectively be a full printer service. This is recommended as an annual situation to ensure the machine is working at the optimum level of productivity.
Our repair service prices is extremely competitive, hower it must be determined based on machine type and location, please don't hesitate to contact us for disscution.
